Tips Lowering Weight Loss Before Married

Everyone certainly want to look beautiful, attractive with a slim body and a section especially for a woman to be married. Lose weight quickly before the wedding can be done. This depends on the commitment to undergo the process of decline in body weight. Here are some tips that can be done:

Step 1

Reduce or eating sugar-sweet candy. Do not add sugar to food or drink. See description in the label on food or drink on the amount of sugar.

Step 2
Reduce consumption of carbohydrate. Restrict carbohydrate consumption to 100 grams a day. Decrease the amount if not show the results.


Step 3
Drinking a lot of white water. Try to drink between 1.5 to 2 liters per day.


Step 4
Increase and change routine practice. This will make your body work harder to change habits because of the routine that you do.


Step 5
Enough sleep every day about 7 hours a day.


Step 6
Do things gradually over every day, not too quickly want to lean more dangerous because your body can do and control of nutrition and your body weight.
